You request a job, receive quotes, and choose a provider. When you fund escrow via Paystack, the money is held securely. The provider starts work, and you release payment only after you approve completion (or milestones).

Not currently as a “pay small small” feature. But you can still do staged payments using milestones — fund escrow per stage and release only when that stage is completed. This is the safest option for bigger jobs.

If work isn’t delivered as agreed, you can pause approval and open a dispute. Since funds are held in escrow, payment is not released until the issue is resolved. Evidence like photos, messages, and the contract scope are used to decide next steps.

buildcrex provides dispute support using the contract terms, timeline, and proof from both sides (chat history, images, receipts, progress updates). We aim for fair resolution — including partial milestone release where appropriate.
